My room was well-equipped and complete with basics, bath and jug of orange in the fridge. The staff were friendly efficient all the time, with a female member of the staff...

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend in Glasgow with best value for money ratio. The lovely view from our window while watching a parade was a nice surprise. Make sure to check the breakfast options beforehand to avoid disappointment.

There were iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms, which made them spotless. The bed was comfy, and the staff were attentive and amicable. The location was incredible, so close to Buchanan Street.

Its location is magnificent and fab not far from the central square of Glasgow, adjacent to the Queens street station, a short walk from the Buchanan bus station and restaurants, pubs, and shops and trains. There's Hard Rock Cafe not too far away from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

Views of George Square, spacious rooms for easy movement, character of a historical hotel
Dated facilities need urgent refurbishment!!! Noise from street traffic is disruptive. Malfunctioning room amenities detract from the overall experience.

It is in the just the best location- right in the middle of the city. Loved our view out the window - directly onto the George Square .Delicious breakfast and very courteous staff- would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to other travellers to Scotland.

The location is excellent and the veiw over George Square excellent too. Staff are freindly. And rooms good. Very enjoyable stay for us all. Only problem is car parking which at the local NCP is quite expensive for overnight.

Have stayed at the millenium hotel many times. We always ask for a club room overlooking george square. Its nice to sit with a drink and people watch from the window really enjoy doing this.Hotel is central for the train station and most of the good restuarants and pubs.

The room was spacious, with a pleasant view of the square. Staff were friendly. The decor was quite worn and in need of an update, which detracted from the overall ambiance. While the cleanliness was commendable, the overall tired appearance might make it a less appealing choice for future visits.

The breakfast was good and the location within the city centre was excellent. The restaurant staff were very polite and helpful.
The staff could have been more friendly. Our room was supposed to have drinks in the fridge and bathrobes but we had to ask reception for them. We were also meant to have access to the Club Lounge with complimentary drinks but again we had to ask at reception for this. Decor pretty shabby with wallpaper in toilet held on with drawing pins and our bed sheet had a big hole in it.
